Welcome to Woodside Lodge

Woodside Lodge is the new independent retirement living project in Woodside, one of the many picturesque townships in the Adelaide Hills. The first 13 villas were completed in mid 2007 with the remaining four stages comprising 70 villas being developed over the next 3 years.

Woodside Lodge offers modern retirement living in a semi-rural setting just moments from the Main Street of Woodside and approximately 35 minutes from Adelaide.

Surrounded by cafes, wineries, walking trails and local markets Woodside Lodge is a perfect location to enjoy life in the Adelaide Hills.

High-quality, low-maintenance homes featuring sandstone and bluestone facings, generous rooms and stylish fittings have been developed. Complemented by  drought tolerant landscaping and magnificent gum trees Woodside Lodge is a fantastic place to call home.

We have deliberately created Woodside Lodge to be a part of its wider community and a natural extension of retirement life in a tranquil setting. This is living that would suit anyone who has come to appreciate the unique charms combined with the modern services and facilities of the Adelaide Hills.

The Villas

We offer a choice of four beautiful villas — modern, well designed homes whose ceiling height, sandstone or bluestone fronting and brick coining present a delightful Edwardian villa character. All are air-conditioned, have rain water tanks, full insulation, brick exteriors, remote controlled garage doors with direct internal access and come with floor furnishings and security window locks.
With a common style but distinct personality each villa offers something a little different in size and floor plan depending on your needs.

Woodside Lodge villa style guide

If you are coming from a large family home and would like to down-size but still want a spacious home the 'Oakbank', with three bedrooms (main with ensuite), a second bathroom, spacious living area, a generous laundry and double garage may be just for you.

Alternatively you may prefer the more contemporary floor plan of the 'Charleston' that offers court-yard living, 2 bedrooms (main with ensuite), a study / sewing room or third bedroom and a combined living / dining room.

The Woodside, with 2 bedrooms, a study, and living / dining room separated by the kitchen provides the perfect balance for those seeking the more traditional style of house.

And the Verdun, with 2 bedrooms, large combined living and dining room located by the kitchen is a spacious yet compact home that is full of features at a great price.
