Woodside Lodge is KeyInvest's independent retirement living village in Woodside, one of the many picturesque townships in the Adelaide Hills. Surrounded by cafes, wineries, walking trails and local markets Woodside Lodge is a perfect location to enjoy active retirement living only 35 minutes from Adelaide.

Our residents are energetic and friendly. Often seen out walking in the village and surrounding areas – some with their pets – or chatting at the letterbox. You will always feel close to a friendly face.

Our new Community Centre, at the heart of the village, provides the focus for many of our residents to enjoy a social game of bowls, get together for a BBQ or social function, or just chat or read in the sunny lounge. Other amenities to enjoy include the fully equipped billiard room, library, bar, and exercise room. Our resident's business centre allows you to access the internet, keep in touch with friends by email or just do some research on your favorite hobby or interest.

The village social committee plan interesting and varied social activities, which might include film nights music afternoons, informative functions with guest speakers, or lunch at a local restaurant or café. You can choose to be involved or not, at whatever level you wish.

Our residents actively enjoy local walks, several are quite enthusiastic handymen and others are involved as volunteers in the local community. Some attend craft groups, participate in playing cards and board games, whilst others are more at home "being at home".
There are currently 25 villas with a further 55 or so to be developed over the next 3 years.

High-quality, low-maintenance homes (featuring sandstone and bluestone facings, generous rooms with 9ft ceilings and stylish fittings) have been thoughtfully sited to take best advantage of the gum studded location. Gardens are carefully designed, with drought tolerant landscaping and light shrubbery so they always look their best.

Each villa also has its own private rear garden, where you might want to entertain family or friends, do a spot of your own gardening, or just relax with a cuppa.

The Villas

We offer a choice of modern, well designed homes with 9 ft ceilings, sandstone or bluestone fronting and brick quoining presenting a delightful Edwardian villa character.

All have;

With a common style but distinct personality each villa offers something a little different in size and floor plan depending on your needs.

Woodside Lodge villa style guide

Other variations of these floor plans will be coming in our next stage which will commence shortly.

If you are coming from a large family home and would like to down-size but still want a spacious home the 'Oakbank', with three bedrooms (main with ensuite), a second bathroom, spacious living area, a generous laundry and double garage may be just for you.

Alternatively you may prefer the more contemporary floor plan of the 'Charleston'' that offers court-yard living, 2 bedrooms (main with ensuite), a study / sewing room or third bedroom and a combined living / dining room.

The 'Woodside', with 2 bedrooms, a study, and living / dining room separated by the kitchen provides the perfect balance for those seeking the more traditional style of house.

And the 'Verdun', with 2 bedrooms, large combined living and dining room located by the kitchen is a spacious yet compact home that is full of features at a great price.

NOTE: All the above styles are subject to availability.

Woodside Lodge is growing

The next stage of the village will include nine new villas, some with double garages, will commence construction in Spring of 2010. Contact us for more information about this stage.

Buyers "off the plan" for these villas will have the opportunity to choose their own colors and finishes during construction.

Contact us to have your name added to the waiting list.

Residents have full access to all amenities which include huge function room (available for your private function if required), cosy heated lounge (with large screen TV), bar, library, beautifully appointed kitchen, hairdressing salon, fully equipped business centre (with computer and printing facilities), and well equipped exercise room.

Our outdoor entertaining area can host barbecues and similar summer functions, as well as offer a quiet spot for a friendly social get together. It is fully equipped with barbecue, outdoor lighting and direct access to the Centre.

This year, we are to construct a new caravan storage area on-site and a community workshop for the hobbyist or handyperson.
