McLaren Vale Lodge update!

Final plans are expected within weeks for what is expected to be the final development at McLaren Vale Lodge. Stage 19 (pending Council approval), will see up to eleven 2 and 3 bedroom homes starting construction from mid 2008. Designed for KeyInvest by award-winning architects Walter Brooke, a range of floor plans will be available offering  private gardens, ensuite bathrooms and garages with internal access.

The Units

McLaren Vale Lodge has a mix of established and new units, including 11 new units that are being developed in late 2007 / early 2008.

Established Units and Apartments

Subject to availability, you can choose from a one bedroom apartment, and two or three bedroom Units. All established Apartments and Units are well equipped and depending on what you choose, most have a:

 

New Units

In 2008 KeyInvest will be developing 11 new 2 and 3 bedroom units within the grounds of McLaren Vale Lodge. These architecturally-designed units will complement the existing units, whilst benefiting from the modern features one expects of a modern home.

The units are expected to be ready to occupy in early 2009, and sales “off the plan” will commence in 2008.

Our on site staff and suppliers are available to oversee the many facets of McLaren Vale Lodge including maintenance, administration and resident liaison.

Staff include: Village Manager (full-time), Administrative Officer (part-time), Maintenance Person (part-time), Gardener (part-time). Our staff prides themselves on providing caring, friendly and efficient service to all residents, with privacy and confidentiality respected at all times.
