Established Units and Apartments
Subject to availability, you can choose from a one bedroom apartment, and two or three bedroom Units. All established Apartments and Units are well equipped and depending on what you choose, most have a:

New Villas
In 2009 KeyInvest will be developing 11 new 2 and 3 bedroom villas within the grounds of McLaren Vale Lodge. These Walter Brooke Architect designed villas will complement the existing units, whilst benefiting from the modern features one expects of a modern home.
The villas are expected to be ready to occupy in early 2010, and sales “off the plan” have already commenced..

Our on site staff and suppliers are available to oversee the many facets of McLaren Vale Lodge including maintenance, administration and resident liaison.
Staff include: Village Manager (full-time), Administrative Officer (part-time), Maintenance Person (part-time), Gardener (part-time). Our staff prides themselves on providing caring, friendly and efficient service to all residents, with privacy and confidentiality respected at all times.
