Community Centre Update

The Community Centre at Woodside Lodge is well under way with construction due for completion in late 2009.  Featuring a large indoor and outdoor eating area, billiards room, fitness room, lounge/library and consulting room for visiting services such as health professionals, the new Woodside Lodge Community Centre will be the perfect place to relax with neighbours, family and friends.

Preliminary planning has also commenced for on-site caravan parking and workshop area, along with a large vegetable garden with individual plots.  Nestled within the village, these two proposed additions will increase the options for those looking to enjoy an active and busy life either a few minutes from home or on a great adventure anywhere in Australia.

New villa options are also available for viewing, with proposed designs available for future stages.  Buyers who purchase "off the plan" will have an increased range of choice for bathroom and kitchen fit-outs as well as floor coverings and even garage size, internal workshops and pergola areas.

Burn The Fat Challenge

Supporting the Julian Burton Burns Trust

On 28 April 2009, KeyInvest and its property loans partner, Money Advisers, entered four teams in the Burn The Fat Challenge to raise money for the Julian Burton Burns Trust.

Our KeyInvest Money Adviser teams were one of 22 companies over the course of the day who ventured out into Rundle Mall onto the treadmills and exercise bikes set up by the Julian Burton Burns Trust. Our four KeyInvest Money Adviser teams competed against each other for 30 minutes to raise money and awareness for this important and worthwhile cause.

Although the early morning conditions were a little colder than expected, our teams performed exceptionally well and were proud to be involved. Support for Burn The Fat Challenge in Adelaide raised approximately $20,000 on the day - an exceptional result. Woodside Lodge Open Day Success

What a fantastic day!

The Woodside Lodge Open Day was a great success last Thursday 2nd April 2009 with over 180 people attending. There were giveaways  of 20 goody bags filled with local produce from Bird In Hand wines, Woodside Cheese Wrights and Melbas Chocolates.

We would also like to announce the winner of the 2 night Adelaide Hills B&B retreat at The Tiers Woodside is Mr M Deves of Belair. Congratulations to Mr Deves and we know you will enjoy your stay.

Many thanks to all of you who attended and to the fabulous ladies from the Woodside CWA who kept the tea, coffee and scones flowing for everyone throughout the day..

We have received several registrations of interest with a number of people making follow-up appointments to view the Villas.  We've also recently provided a number of people with information regarding alternate finance options as well as Villa availability and we would be pleased to discuss any questions you may have about these or any similar topics.
